Chocolate with a minimum of 35% total cocoa solids, a minimum of 31% cocoa butter, and a minimum of 2.5% non-fat cocoa solids.
Cheap chocolates on the market use vegetable oils other than cacao.

Dried figs contain 1.5 to 2 times more dietary fiber and minerals (iron, potassium, calcium) than fresh figs, and twice as much as burdock. Folic acid is said to be a “hematopoietic vitamin” and works together with iron to prevent anemia and is a necessary component for cell division and maturation.
